Val Campotto is about rediscovering typical flavours and a scenery from the past.

The farm - run by our family for many generations - is located on a major knot of the hydraulic system of this land-reclaimed territory. We cultivate our crops, and breed stock with utmost respect for the natural environment, and according to the rules of integrated and biological agriculture.

 Our products, available at our pantry, originate tasty and genuine dishes, taking inspiration from the local farmers' tradition. We do invite you to come and taste these flavours in our house, warmed by many hearts and centuries of history - still alive in images and hand-made objects displayed on the walls and within antique cupboards.

You will find the same warmth in our guestrooms, combining tradition and modern comfort.

But there would be more and more to say, about Val Campotto: these pages can't display any more than a tiny part of it. Welcoming you as our honoured guest will be our pleasure: we are waiting for your visit.
